Terex Pegson & Powerscreen Award Top Dealers
Terex Pegson & Powerscreen, the global No.1 mobile crushing and screening companies hosted their World Dealer Conference in Dubai in December ‘07 and presented awards to their top performing dealers. The 3-day Dubai conference included a full demonstration of 18 crushing & screening plants at the Stevin Rock Ras Al Kaimah gabro quarry and plenty of Dubai entertainment.
The winners of the 3 categories were, ELB, South Africa for Overall Best Dealer, Lincom, Australia for Best Aftersales Dealer and the Most Improved Dealer award went to MPS, Poland.
Pierre Nel, Director of ELB, South Africa commented on their award, “In our industry success comes from teamwork, the ability to offer superior back up service and focusing on our customers’ needs as well as to walk that extra mile. Of course having world renowned products with the necessary back-up also plays a major role in our success.”
Pat Brian, Terex Pegson and Powerscreen Sales Director stated, “We had a hard time choosing the three dealers for these awards as every member of our dealer network works very hard representing our brands around the world. ELB, Lincom and MPS all showed results on the books but also in attitude and service to customers. We’re delighted to show our appreciation here in Dubai to all our dealers.”
Winner of the Best Aftersales Dealer category, Roy Watterson, Managing Director of Lincom , Australia, had this to say, “We are truly grateful to be receiving this award as we see Aftersales as a key ingredient to our business. MPS, Poland accomplished Most Improved Dealer as Adrian Dougan, Managing Director said, “On behalf everyone at MPS I would like to thank the management at Powerscreen and Terex Pegson for this award. We made dramatic changes in our company in 2007 to manage the tremendous growth in the Polish market. We are now setting our sites on Best Overall Dealer. I wish all the other dealers great success in 2008.”
