NEW POWERSCREEN® GLOBAL PARTS CENTRE
Powerscreen are pleased to announce the opening of their new Global Parts Centre in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. This new £1million facility houses 5000 part lines with a value of over £3million on 50,000sq foot premises.
Powerscreen have a global dealer network of over 100 local dealers and parts specialists, bringing fast delivery of key wear parts, installation & advice. The Powerscreen® Aftersales department include 35 trained personnel who offer a full range of customer support to Powerscreen® Aftersales hubs across the world. This includes a North America Aftersales Hub which services the large dealer network of the USA, Canada and Mexico. In the UK & Ireland alone there are 9 Dealer Aftersales hubs which are supported by Powerscreen through On-line Ordering & Stock Visibility; Parts Books; Manuals and Key Account Managers. With provision of next day parts delivery and next day servicing, it’s no surprise that current worldwide parts sales have grown by 100% over the last three years.
Products such as the recently launched Flex-Mat®3 have contributed to the outstanding success of Powerscreen® Parts Department. Flex-Mat®3 High Performance Self-cleaning screen media is made of polyurethane strips, centred on deck crown bar support, allowing individual wires to vibrate independently at different frequencies, preventing material from accumulating between wires as it typically does with woven wire. Flex-Mat®3 increases production up to 40% by delivering more in blinded, pegged and clogged applications and lasts up to 3 times longer than woven wire.
